What types of services do you perform?

We perform a wide range of services, from yard work and snow removal, to shopping trips and security check-ins, and all sorts of odd jobs in between. We are not licensed contractors, nor do we provide any type of medical, health-related, cleaning or chauffeur services.

Where are you located?

We are a home-based business, located in Saginaw, Michigan, with service crews in both Saginaw, and AuGres, Michigan.

What are your hours of operation?

You can call or email any time, but it may sometimes take up to 24 hours to get a response. Our service crews normally work during daylight hours, Mon-Fri, but may work evenings and/or weekends, if necessary.

What are your payment options and terms?

We work either by the hour or by the job. We currently charge $18 per labor hour. Hourly rates are the norm, but if you have work of a special nature, or for which completion time may be difficult to estimate, then a lump sum fee may be the best option for you. When the customer is local, payments are due upon receipt of services. When the customer is out-of-town, prepayment may be required. We also offer gift certificates (see below for more information on gift certificates).

Do You Accept Credit Cards?

Do You Offer Gift Certificates?

Yes, we offer gift certificates. Just click here, or visit our Pay Online page, and select the job type (either hourly or lump sum), choose 'Gift Certificate' from the payment type, and click 'Pay Now'. On the payment processing page, enter the amount that you would like to purchase (either in hours or dollars) in the 'Quantity' box. We'll notify the recipient of the gift, and schedule the service. A call to the home office in advance may be beneficial, to confirm that the services you had in mind are provided by us, and to clarify any special instructions.
